Brian Ward is a Hearing Instrument Specialist who has been practicing in Fergus for the last 20 years, and for the past 10 years has owned and operated his own clinic in downtown Fergus. 

Brian studied audiology in the H.I.S. program at George Brown College and graduated "With Honours". He was recognized by his colleagues with the peer-nominated award for "Student Who Best Displayed Leadership & Enthusiasm". 

Brian is very caring and patient with the people he helps, and he takes the time to do things right. As a classically trained guitarist and professional musician, he knows just how important the sense of hearing is, and understands how to shape sounds in a pleasing way for each unique individual. His incredible passion and commitment to music and helping people hear their very best are the foundation Brian built his clinic on. 

Shannon is a graduate of the Hearing Instrument Specialist Program at Conestoga College, graduating with High Distinction in 2016. After completing her internship at Ward Hearing Centre, Shannon was pleased to join the team as a fully certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. 

Shannon received her BA in Honours English Literature & Music from the University of Waterloo in 2001, and she taught piano for many years before entering the field of audiology. As a musician with hearing loss herself, Shannon has an appreciation for the importance of sound and a passion for helping people hear their very best.
