Though our office remains closed to the public at this time, and we cannot accommodate walk-ins, we are able to provide service to you with our contactless curb side delivery system. It's safe and easy! Here's what you do: 

  • Call or email ahead to make an APPOINTMENT for drop off or to order supplies. We will give you instructions over the phone or by email and arrange any payment at this time.
  • If you are needing your hearing aids serviced, please put your hearing aids in a clean envelope or ziploc bag with your name and phone number and place in our DROP OFF slot. 
  • At a mutually agreed upon pick up time, your hearing aids (or supplies) will be waiting for your in our PICK UP box. Your items will be in bag with your name on the front.
